# Private Sale

10 % of $Kitti tokens will be sold via Private Sale capped to $50,000.

Every early supporter should be able to get $Kitti for the same price. Therefore we will offer 10 % of total supply to be sold via Private Sale with the cap of $50,000.

In case there is less than $50,000 raised the 10 % of $Kitti tokens supply will be distributed among the participants in the sale.\

In case there is bigger demand than available amount ($50,000) then the sale will stop as soon as the $50,000 is raised.

This will sent initial Market Cap at \~500,000 USD and will allow organic growth of the community token.
